1. Service-Based Engagements
At LSG Sports Ventures OPC Pvt Ltd, we provide professional sports management and development services
including academy management, sports education programs, athlete development, event management, sports
technology solutions and infrastructure consultancy. Due to the customised and professional nature of
these services:
- Services once commenced are not eligible for refunds once program delivery,
event execution or academy setup has begun.
- We strongly recommend reviewing the scope of work, service agreement, and timelines before
signing off on any engagement to avoid disputes.
2. Event & Program Cancellations
For sports events, academy programs, coaching camps or other time-bound services, cancellations are
accepted as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event/program start date: eligible for a partial
refund (minus administrative costs).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date: no refund will be issued.
- In the event of a force majeure (natural disaster, government restriction, etc.), LSG Sports
Ventures will work with the client to reschedule or provide a service credit.
3. Quality & Delivery Concerns
We are committed to delivering professional, high-quality sports management services. If you experience
a significant deviation from the agreed scope of services:
- Please notify our team within 48 hours at info@lsgsport.com or +91 8008007413.
- Provide written documentation or evidence of the concern.
- Upon verification, we will work to remedy the situation or provide a service credit.
4. Advance Payments
For custom programs, long-term academy management engagements or large-scale events, advance payments
are structured per the service agreement. Once a program or event setup has commenced, advance
payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
